Immune Synapse Architecture

The goal of this project in collaboration with Dr. Benita Wolf is to fulfill the gap needed to provide easily accessible and robust methods for super-resolution microscopy during the preclinical CAR T cell therapy characterization. This project is anticipated to greatly advance our understanding of engineered CAR T cell synapse by elucidating its molecular composition and architecture as a function of different CAR designs, which we hope will be implemented down the road as a standard procedure in translational immune-oncology.
