Foldseek-Multimer

A new study titled "Foldseek-Multimer: Fast and Sensitive Structure Search for Protein Complexes" has been published in Nature Methods. Conducted through a collaboration between the Levy Lab and the Steinegger Lab (Seoul National University), this work introduces Foldseek-Multimer, a powerful new method enabling ultrafast and accurate structural comparisons of protein complexes.
